A California native and resident of the Bay Area, Eliza has been seeking out and learning from the phenomena of nature her entire life. Raised on the cow spotted hills of ranch towns in the South Bay, Eliza developed relationships with plants and animals alike, learning their nature and how approach and intention allow us to perceive the miracles around us.
Throughout her life, Eliza has studied with teachers across the country learning first Western Herbalism followed by body work and massage therapy training. After practicing both of these for many years, Eliza sought new tools and a deeper understanding of the philosophy of Chinese Medicine, rooted in the cycles and rhythms of nature and she followed that yearning through a master's program in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Currently they practice both from their home base in Oakland, CA as well as at local clinics and events around the Bay Area and they continue pursuing deeper understanding of the human body as a microcosm of natural phenomenon.
